Terms of Service

The following are terms that must be agreed upon if purchasing a commission. Please read through carefully.

Upon requesting a commission, the buyer agrees to limitations set the artist. These limits include, but are not limited to the depiction of:

Pornographic, NSFW, or fetish material
Complex designs, including "mechas"
Material intending to spread hateful messaging
Illegal material

If the buyer feels uncertain if the artwork requested may fall under one of these categories, they are permitted and encouraged to ask. The worst that will happen is a "no." Intentionally violating the terms will result in the commission becoming void, and potential refusal of service in the future for any amount of time.

Examples of allowed and encouraged requests include but are not limited to the following:

Works utilizing a specific art style
Original characters
Relationships ("shipping") with consenting parties
Character reference sheet

Please note that the artist will not design a character for the buyer.

Refund Policy

Depending on the progress of the commission, it may be eligible for a refund. If work has not yet started, a full refund is permissable. However, if any work has been completed, the maximum refund permitted is half of the commission price.

Method of Purchase

Purchases may only be made through PayPal via invoice. This requires for the buyer to disclose their e-mail associated with their PayPal account.

Commission inquiries may be sent through e-mail. The title should be something akin to "Commission Inquiry" and state the desired type of art. See the prices section for more details.

Prices

Below are prices for types of art that can be purchased from the artist. Please not that a background is not required for a purchase of character art, and the opposite applies as well: character art is not required for a purchase of background art.

Prices may also vary depending on the complexity of what is requested.
